"Pretty smooth return overall"
I ended up needing to return one thing from my order, it was easier than I thought it would be. The steps were simple enough to follow, and once they got the item back, my refund came through quickly. Customer service got back to me fast too, so yeah, I’d say it was a good experience. No real complaints, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Almost everything was right, just one item short"
My order was mostly fine, and the items that did arrive were the right ones, which I appreciated. I checked everything off against the packing slip, and it was all there except for one pack that was missing. Not a huge disaster, but it was a little annoying since that was one of the things I specifically needed. The box looked okay and the rest was packed neatly, so it just seemed like a small oversight.

"I grabbed a bunch of little toys..."
I grabbed a bunch of little toys and decorations for my kid’s class party, they worked out really well. Everything looked like the photos, which is always a relief, and it all arrived packed nicely. The prices were reasonable too. I’d definitely order again when I need party stuff in a hurry.

"Surprisingly solid packaging"
I’ll admit, I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I was kind of hesitant to try this one. But the packaging was really good. Everything showed up packed neatly and there wasn’t any damage at all, which definitely made me feel better about giving it a shot.

"Fast shipping, but quality still seems a bit iffy"
I ordered a few party supplies and wasn’t expecting them to arrive so quickly. I got the tracking info almost right away, and the box showed up earlier than the estimated date. Everything was packed fine, though I’m still not totally sure how well some of the items will hold up once we actually use them. Still, I was really happy with how fast Fun Express got the order shipped out.

"I ordered a bunch of wholesale items..."
I ordered a bunch of wholesale items for an event because I was trying to keep costs down, and overall the prices were reasonable. Most of the stuff was fine for what I paid, but a couple things arrived later than expected and one box was missing some items. Customer service did eventually get it sorted out, though it took a few messages back and forth. I’d probably use them again if the price was right, but I’d order extra early just in case.

"Okay for a party, but the quality was hit or miss"
I ordered a few party favors from Fun Express, i was a little underwhelmed. Some of the items were cute and worked fine for the price, but a couple felt flimsy and ended up being smaller than I thought they’d be.
Nothing was a complete disaster, but the mixed quality definitely stood out more than the good stuff. It was fine for a kids party, though next time I’d look through the reviews more carefully before ordering

"Good prices, if you keep your expectations on a short leash"
Funexpress is decent if you need a bunch of party supplies without making your wallet cry. They definitely have some good deals, especially for bulk decorations and the usual party stuff. That said, a few items showed up feeling cheaper than I expected, so the value is kind of a gamble. Love that little surprise, obviously. Shipping was fine, not exactly racing to my doorstep, but it got there. I’d probably order again for basic decorations, but I wouldn’t go in expecting luxury quality at bargain prices

"Missing items took way too long to sort out"
My order showed up with a few items missing, which was frustrating. I contacted support and they did reply, but umm, I had to send photos and then wait a few days for them to handle it. I did get a refund in the end, but the whole process was annoying

"Decent customization, but someone needs to check the details"
I ordered some custom party stuff from Fun Express, and overall it was okay. The colors actually turned out really nice, but the text was a little off center on a few of the pieces. Not a total disaster or anything, but whoever runs this should probably double-check the final prints before sending them out. Shipping was fine though. I might order again, just not for anything super important

"Decent for bulk orders, but check the total"
I ordered from Fun Express for a school event, and the bulk pricing did help some. Nice. A few things were a good deal, but once shipping got added, some of the prices didn’t feel quite as great. Hmm. The quality was fine, nothing amazing, but it got the job done for what we needed. Next time, I’ll probably compare prices a bit before placing another order.

"Late delivery ruined my plans"
My order showed up way later than expected, and there were barely any clear updates along the way. I had planned my evening around it, so the whole thing pretty much threw everything off. Really frustrating experience.

"Wish there were more options"
I was hoping Fun Express would have a bit more variety, but a lot of the items felt similar. Some sections only had a few choices, and the color options were kind of limited too. It’s fine if you just need basic party supplies, but I still had to check other sites to finish what I needed
